Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

西班牙第二大城巴塞隆納17日發生廂型車衝撞人群的恐怖攻擊，造成13死百餘人受傷。媒體報導，恐攻主嫌遭到警方擊斃，不過西班牙警方回應表示，廂型車駕駛可能還活著，並仍在逃。
一名駕駛17日在巴塞隆納最著名的蘭布拉大道（Las Ramblas）開著白色飛雅特廂型車高速衝撞人群，之後棄車逃逸。這起衝撞事件造成13人喪生，上百人受傷。西班牙政府將這起事件定調為恐怖攻擊。
數個小時後，警方在沿海岸線與巴塞隆納相距約120公里的坎布里爾斯（Cambrils）擊斃5人，因為他們當時開車衝撞行人和警察。西國媒體報導，恐攻主嫌在坎布里爾斯被警方開槍打死。
不過，根據路透社報導，巴塞隆納所屬的加泰隆尼亞自治區警長查比羅（Josep Lluis Trapero）表示，無法證實廂型車駕駛就是在加泰隆尼亞自治區濱海市鎮坎布里爾斯遭擊斃的5名男子之一。

比起「購物療法」，錢應該用在請人幫忙做家務，像是打掃、煮飯、除草等。其中一個研究者鄧恩教授（Elizabeth Dunn）說就算購物可以做為日常壓力的緩衝，負擔得起的人也很少這麼做。她說「我們原本以爲這樣的效益只發生在經濟較富裕的人身上，但出乎意料地在不同的經濟背景下發生了一樣的效果。」
在丹麥、加拿大、美國、荷蘭調查了超過六千位民眾，詢問他們感受以及他們花多少錢再把麻煩給別人做。鄧恩教授說被時間壓迫造成對生活滿意度較低的人，是沒有將錢花在「省時」上；相對的將錢花在「省時」上的人，時間壓力對生活滿意程度的負面影響較不顯著。
作為研究的一部分，研究者給溫哥華60個受試者40美元（約1200台幣），讓他們第一周去買東西、進行「購物療法」；下一周則將錢花在請人做事情（省時）上，他們發現人們在第二周比較快樂。
然而，多數人不願意將事情外包出去給別人做，就算這些人經濟上能夠輕易負擔。在調查818位荷蘭負人中，就有一半的人表示不會將不喜歡的事情外包出去。
